Ingredients
- 6 red peppers / rote Paprika
- 150g couscous
- 260g chick peas (400g tin with liquid) / 260g Kichererbsen (400g Dose mit Flüssigkeit)
- 200g feta
- 100g cherry tomatoes / Kirschtomaten
- 50g pitted olives / entsteinte Oliven
- ½ Lemon / Zitronen
- 3 dl bouillon
- Harissa, olive oil /Harissa und Olivenöl
Instructions
- cut the peppers in half, remove seeds and roast them with the cut side facing upwards on a baking tray covered with baking paper in the oven at 180 degrees circulating air for approx. 20 minutes. / Paprikas halbieren, entkernen und mit der Schnittseite nach oben auf einem mit Backpapier belegten Blech im Ofen bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten rösten
- put the couscous in a pan and pour the hot bouillon over it Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Then loosen up with a fork. / Couscous in eine Pfanne geben und mit der heissen Bouillon übergiessen. Zugedeckt 5 Minuten ziehen lassen. Danach mit einer Gabel auflockern.
- rinse the chickpeas in a sieve. Put 150g of the feta in a bowl and crumble. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters or eighths, depending on their size. Cut the olives in half. Squeeze the half lemon. / Flüssigkeit der Kichererbsen abgiessen und diese in einem Sieb waschen. 150g des Fetas in eine Schale geben und zerkrümeln. Die Kirschtomaten je nach Grösse vierteln oder achteln. Die Oliven halbieren. Die halbe Zitrone auspressen.
- mix well the couscous with chickpeas, crumbled feta, tomatoes, olives and lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of harissa, 1 teaspoon of salt and ground pepper. Scoop out any liquid from the peppers and fill the peppers with the couscous mixture. /Couscous mit Kichererbsen, zerkrümeltem Feta, Tomaten, Oliven und Zitronensaft, 3 Suppenlöffel Olivenöl, 1 Teelöffel Harissa, 1 Teelöffel Salz sowie gemahlenen Pfeffer gut vermischen. Allfällige Flüssigkeit aus den Paprikas schöpfen und die Paprika mit der Couscous Mischung füllen.
- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes. / 10 Minuten im Ofen garen
- crumble the remaining 50 g feta and spread it over the baked peppers. / Die verbleibenden 50 g Feta zerkrümeln und über die gebackenen Paprika verteilen.
