The chilli in this hot soup still carries a hint of winter. Like the last snow on the mountain tops, while down in the valley the spring flowers are blooming.

Der Chili in dieser heissen Suppe trägt noch einen Hauch Winter. Wie der letzte Schnee auf den Bergkuppen, während unten im Tal die Frühlingsblumen blühen.

Ingredients

  • 10 carrots / Karotten
  • 2 chilli peppers / Chilischoten
  • 1 red onion / rote Zwiebel
  • 1 clove of garlic / Knoblauchzehe
  • 4dl orange juice/ Orangensaft
  • 1dl cream/Rahm
  • salt and pepper / Salz und Pfeffer

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables and the seeded chilli, season and cook together in the orange juice until soft.
  2. Then puree the paste with a little cream and dilute to taste until you have a creamy soup.

    2. Danach wird die Paste mit ein wenig Rahm püriert und je nach Gusto verdünnt, bis eine sämige Suppe entsteht.
