Yesterday I saw an episode of my beloved series “Chefs Table” and saw how apple tartes are baked in Normandy. I was missing the butter and the apples from Normandy, but with a lot of imagination my tarte could also be from there. The bite of the dough is just as delicious as the caramelized apples.
