A simple but very good meal for during the week. Taste best with a crunchy salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 Veal Sausages
  • ½ pointed Pepper
  • ½ Spring Onion
  • Season with Salt, dried Coriander Green and Pepper
  • 6 Slices of smoked Ham
  • 1 rectangular, rolled out Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the Sausages and put into a bowl
  2. Cut the Pepper and the Onion in very small pieces and add it to the meat
  3. Season with Salt, dried Coriander Green and Pepper and mix it all well
  4. Place the smoked Ham on the Puff Pastry and spread the sausage mixture on top.
  5. Fold the dough lengthwise into a long roll and brush with egg yolk.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, 180g by circulating air
