Ingredients

  • 400g Watermelon, without peel
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • A handful of Lavender Blossoms
  • A handful of Basil Leaves
  • 1 small red onion
  • Season with Aceto di Balsamico, Olive Oi
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the Watermelon into small pieces with the quartered tomatoes.
  2. Add a handful of lavender blossoms, chopped basil leaves and the onion 
  3. Mix well
  4. Season with Aceto di Balsamico, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
