Naan Bread, Version Susann

Ingredients

  • Naan bread, side dish
  • 500g Lentil Flour* (* you'll find it at the Indian grocery store)
  • 1 packet dry Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2dl lukewarm Water
  • 1 Handful of Black Cumin Seeds
  • Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the lentil flour, the yeast with the sea salt, the lukewarm water and the black cumin seeds together to a dough
  2. Leave to rise for an hour in a warm place
  3. Then shape the dough into hand-sized balls and press them flat by hand
  4. Brush with mustard oil and black cumin seed
  5. Bake for approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 220 degrees  with circulating air
