Marinated pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 600g Hokaido Pumpkin
  • 3dl Olive Oil
  • 2 red Onions
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • A few sprigs of fresh Mayoran
  • Raspberry Salt and Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel 500g Hokaido Pumpkin and remove the seeds
  2. Cut into fine slices
  3. Brush each slice with a marinade of olive oil with  finely chopped red onions and cloves of garlic, a few sprigs of fresh Mayoran, raspberry salt and cayenne pepper
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 220°C circulating air for approx. 30 - 40 minutes
