Ingredients
- 600g Hokaido Pumpkin
- 3dl Olive Oil
- 2 red Onions
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- A few sprigs of fresh Mayoran
- Raspberry Salt and Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Peel 500g Hokaido Pumpkin and remove the seeds
- Cut into fine slices
- Brush each slice with a marinade of olive oil with finely chopped red onions and cloves of garlic, a few sprigs of fresh Mayoran, raspberry salt and cayenne pepper
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 220°C circulating air for approx. 30 - 40 minutes
