A sweet homage to the happy days between sky, sea, sun and eclipse of the moon
Ingredients
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 0,2 dl of water
- 12 halved apricots
- 200g coloured marzipan
- 2 Tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Melt 100g of black chocolate in a pan with 0.2 dl of water. Do not pour the water away; work into the chocolate
- Allow the chocolate to cool for one hour
- wash and halve the apricots
- Roll out the marizpan about 2mm thick.
- Cut out small circles with a 5cm round glass.
- Fill the apricot halfs with chocolate and place it on the rolled marzipan.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Put it in the fridge for an hour and serve it cold!
