My beloved Fleur d’Oranger in combination with dried fruits in memory of Marrakech

Ingredients

  • 200g dried apricots
  • 200g dates, pitted
  • 200g dried figs
  • 80g pistachios and 80g cashew nuts
  • 1.5dl Fleur d'Oranger
  • Black Sesam

Instructions

  1. Cut and chop the apricots, dates (pitted), figs, pistachios and cashew nuts  into small pieces.
  2. Moisten with 1.5dl Fleur d'Oranger.
  3. Mix well by hand and form small balls.
  4. Spread a handful of Black Sesam over the balls
  5. Keep in the refrigerator until use.
