A splendid variant for the actually rather boring pumpkin, which does not get along without spices. The pumpkin should still have a small bite.

Ingredients
- 1 Butter Pumpkin
- Marinade: 7 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- Sea Salt
- Chilli flakes
- 4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Marjoram or Thyme leaves
Instructions
- Peel and seed a butter pumpkin and cut into long strips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Marinade: Mix together olive oil, a finely chopped red onion and garlic clove. Spice with sea salt, chilli flakes and cinnamon.
- Spread this marinade well on every single pumpkin cut.
- Snow coarsely picked marjoram or thyme leaves over it.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 220g circulation air.
