Ingredients
- 3dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 3 dl milk
- approx. 10g grated cinnamon powder (2 1/2 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Put the container of the ice cream machine in the freezer 24 hours in advance
- Beat 3dl cream until stiff.
- In a large bowl beat 2 eggs with 120g sugar until they are very fluffy
- add the whipped cream, 3 dl milk and approx. 10g grated cinnamon powder and mix well but carefully with a whisk.
- put the cinnamon cream for 40 minutes in the ice cream machine and for at least 2 hours in the freezer.
