Chorizo-pepper pasta gratin Print Serves: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 60 minutes 60 minutes Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Ingredients 300g Penne lisce 200g medium hot chorizos 2 red and 2 green peppers 50g grate Parmesan cheese 4 dl milk 3 dl cream 3 eggs salt, paprika and ground pepper Instructions Boil al dente in salted water Skin the chorizo sausages skin and cut them into 2 mm thick slices Cut the peppers into strips Grate the Parmesan Mixe all well in a buttered ovenproof form.
