Ingredients

  • 200g fresh goat's cheese /Ziegenfrischkäse
  • A handful each of fresh marjoram and thyme leaves / Majoram und Thymianblättchen
  • Pepper and sea salt /Pfeffer und Meersalz
  • 2dl each olive oil and lemon juice /Olivenöl und Zitronensaft

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheese and herbs, salt and pepper together and form small balls.
  2. Marinate them in the olive oil for about 6 hours and keep sprinkling with lemon juice.

    2. Diese für etwa 6 Stunden im Olivenöl marinieren und immer wieder mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.
