squeeze lemons, remove pomegranate seeds, roast cashew nuts in a frying pan and then chop roughly, prepare cauliflower and chop into small pieces in a chopper, cut carrot green into large pieces, dice onion into small cubes
mix lemon juice well with 8 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and a little ground pepper, add pomegrantae seeds, cashew nuts, cauliflower and carrot green and mix well.
