an Italian classic – goes along well with any pasta
Ingredients
- 5 dl cream
- 70g butter
- 100g grated parmesan
- grated nutmeg
- ground pepper
Instructions
- bring the cream to the boil and simmer at reduced temperature for approx. 5 minutes
- Add butter, parmesan, a pinch of grated nutmeg and ground pepper to taste.
- bring to the boil while stirring until the sauce is homogeneous.
