A real refresher for hot summer nights
Ingredients
- 400g Watermelon, without peel
- 5 large tomatoes
- A handful of Lavender Blossoms
- A handful of Basil Leaves
- 1 small red onion
- Season with Aceto di Balsamico, Olive Oi
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the Watermelon into small pieces with the quartered tomatoes.
- Add a handful of lavender blossoms, chopped basil leaves and the onion
- Mix well
- Season with Aceto di Balsamico, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
