Spinach-Chickenpeas-Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 kg spinach
  • 2 cans of chickpeas (400g each)
  • butter
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. wash the spinach and cook it in a large pan at high heat until it collapses (approx 5 minutes)
  2. rinse the chickpeas in a sieve and add to the spinach. Add 2 tablespoons butter and simmer for about 10 minutes at a reduced temperature
  3. season with 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper before serving
