Ingredients

  • 1kg Leaf Spinach
  • 300g Salmon
  • 1 Handful of Cashew Kernels
  • 1 Handful of Almond Sticks
  • Gheebutter
  • 1 Teaspoon of Coarse Mustard
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Salt, Pepper, some fresh Peppermint and dill
  • Pomegranate Syrup
  • Fresh Bread

Instructions

  1. Wash the Leaf Spinach and let the Leafs fall together in a large Pan.
  2. Place 300g plucked Salmon slices very briefly in the cooked Spinach, cover with Lid and take out the Fish again after about 30 seconds. Put the fish aside.
  3. Fry a handful of Cashew Kernels and Almond Sticks in Ghee Butter in a frying pan until crispy.
  4. In a Salad Bowl make a Dressing from a Teaspoon Coarse Mustard, Salt, Pepper, a few plucked fresh Peppermint Leaves and a little chopped Dill. Add a small Spring Onion with the Cabbage. Sprinkle the hot Spinach and Nuts generously with Pomegranate Syrup and mix well.
  5. Now carefully fold in the Fish.                                                  Enjoy with fresh bread
