Ingredients

  • 500g soft boiled and peeled Potatoes from the previous day
  • 2 Pointed Peppers
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 1 Handful of fresh Peppermint Leaves
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pepper and Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes
  2. Remove the seeds and chop the Peppers into small pieces
  3. Chop the Spring Onions
  4. Ruptured the fresh peppermint leaves, ruptured
  5. Add 3 Eggs
  6. Season generous Pepper and Sea Salt
  7. Mix all for a dough. 
  8. Mash all by hand form them into balls
  9. Place them on a baking tray and bake at 220°C circulating air for 25 - 30 minutes
  10. Sprinkle with a little olive oil according to your mood.
