Ingredients
- 4 large Pears
- 100g dried Cranberries
- 100g Butter
- 100g Flour
- 80g Cane Sugar
- 100g blanched chopped Almonds
Instructions
- Remove the casing and cut the pears into bite-sized pieces and place with the cranberries in a fireproof dish.
- Knead 100g very cold butter with the flour, the cane sugar and the almonds for a dough
- Crumble with your fingers and pour over the fruit.
- Bake 25 minutes, 150 degree circulation air
