one of our favourite ice creams
- 400g mango fruit pulp
- 2 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 2 dl milk
Put ice cream container in the freezer 24 hours in advance
- Whip 2dl cream until stiff.
- Beat 2 eggs with 120g sugar until very frothy, add the whipped cream, 2 dl milk and 400g mango puree and mix well but carefully with a whisk.
- Put it in the ice cream maker for approx. 60 minutes and then for approx. 2 hours in the freezer
