goes along well with any Italian dish
- ½ yellow onion
- 30g butter
- 250g risotto rice (e.g. Carnaroli)
- 5dl bouillon
- Grated parmesan
1. Finely chop 1/2 yellow onion and fry slowly in 30g butter
2. add rice and stir until the grains are soaked with butter and then add 1/2 l bouillon, bring to the boil, cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes
3. stir occasionally and add some water if necessary.
4. at the end stir in 3-4 tablespoons of grated parmesan.
