Ingredients

  • 4 large Pears
  • 100g dried Cranberries
  • 100g Butter
  • 100g Flour
  • 80g Cane Sugar
  • 100g blanched chopped Almonds

Instructions

  1. Remove the casing and cut the pears into bite-sized pieces and place with the cranberries in a fireproof dish.
  2. Knead 100g very cold butter with the flour, the cane sugar and the almonds for a dough
  3. Crumble with your fingers and pour over the fruit.
  4. Bake 25 minutes, 150 degree circulation air

Serve warm or cold.
