My beloved Fleur d’Oranger in combination with dried fruits in memory of Marrakech
- 200g dried apricots
- 200g dates, pitted
- 200g dried figs
- 80g pistachios and 80g cashew nuts
- 1.5dl Fleur d'Oranger
- Black Sesam
- Cut and chop the apricots, dates (pitted), figs, pistachios and cashew nuts into small pieces.
- Moisten with 1.5dl Fleur d'Oranger.
- Mix well by hand and form small balls.
- Spread a handful of Black Sesam over the balls
- Keep in the refrigerator until use.
